I came on here because I overheard leadership talking about the negative reviews and what needs to be done about them. And I wanted to leave an honest review myself. I guess that's not illegal to ask others to write reviews...if they are honest. It's not honest because the positive reviews are fake. I mean, just look at them. They basically say the same thing over and over again. And for this, I don't have to write any cons. The fake reviews speak for themselves. Leadership rather cover up their wrongdoings with dirt instead of taking a step back, and actually trying to fix what's wrong. Mack Weldon, the truth shall set you free.

- Tensions amongst teams and leadership created a negative work environment, preventing effective collaboration and alignment across the business. - Morale/energy/culture has significantly decreased within the past year. - Little importance placed on goal setting and career growth. Employees are not set up for success and become restless when they don’t see opportunities to advance their careers within the company. - If employees express criticism of the company or unhappiness in their role, they will be penalized/have a target on their back. - The company lacks vision which has resulted in a bland brand. - Lacks internal transparency. Leadership hides reasons behind firings/departures and often make decisions based on emotion. - Certain individuals or teams are given recognition for company wins, overlooking other valuable contributors. - “People over transactions” is one of the company’s "values" but this does not hold true. - Lack of proper onboarding and employee exit management.
