Pros
Macpac is a great company to work for, good pay, good benefits and work life balance. Local and Upper management are amazing, with solid support structures in place to help colleagues at every level. Great inhouse training and mental health support. Cannot recommend Macpac enough
Cons
Some VM deadlines can be hard to impliment and difficult to understand combined with time pressures. But honestly a minior quibble
