Free pizza at an event that they host.

Company is staying afloat from unknown external funding. Earnings goals / reports are never shared with employees. Salaries / PTO benefits are below industry standards CEO is likely objectively mentally disturbed and undergoes psychotic / irrational behavior on a weekly basis Brutal work anxiety hits every employee frequently Entire departments and key positions in the company are removed at the will of the CEO with no transition plan which often hurts the entire agency Exceptionally high turnover rate. Potentially the highest in the industry. Upper management short term staffing / process planning contradicts long-term goals.

Nice, intelligent, caring folks.

Cons

Culture of apathy, fear, and resentment. Nothing is expected of anyone. Employees become complacent and stay for longer than they should. Intense micromanagement and mistrust from the higher-ups. Complete lack of communication.
