So the reviews on indeed are so great that's what sucked me in. I thought it would be great to work round another job. It seemed all wonderful at first then the issues started. As it's a franchise system you will get a different area manager in different locations. I applied for jobs and then maid 2 clean booked an interview then they would get in touch with the potential client and then they kept cancelling the interview on the very day I was meant to meet the client. Maid 2 clean don't go out to potential clients at first as I was told they have a colour coded system for cloths this was not the case so they don't have any idea who the customers are. Then only getting paid £10.00 an hour you don't get any travel expenses to it's only £0.50 more than minimum wage. Customers can cancel whenever they wish including on the day and you are then without any pay for that day and maid 2 clean expect you to give notice though if you need any time off I was told by the interviewer that if I broke anything I would have to pay for it so what's the point of them providing so called insurance? I just got sick of them messing me about was not worth the hassle at all in the end and then if a customer complains etc they just block you off the app system and don't listen to your side of events.
