simple interview.you need not to have technical knowledge.they themself provide you training for that.less timing for classes so you have very much of free time
Cons
they have worse management.they ensure you a job at the time of hiring but after you go there they do not gve importance to you.after wasting much time in their training programme you may not et the job and your time is totally wasted.if you even get yhe job post is like tchnical support.the will make you work hard for the post of technical support which you easily get anywhere else.
