There used to a lot of pros to this company but so much has changed.

Cons

Senior leadership does not even know the product, lay offs because of the pay of all the new senior leadership, amazing amount of double talk. Truly, there are so many companies that care about their employees, this is no longer one of them. Low pay, no incentives.
