Majesco reviews about "insurance domain"

I was frustrated due to lack of technical stack available. Good for insurance domain bit not good for people who love to learn new technologies and implementation. The tool was so frustrated and having lots of issues in it. Senior people doesn't share the knowledge and doesn't help others to grow.

No work life balance in some projects

The work is largely limited to the insurance domain, which may restrict exposure to other industries. Limited opportunities to learn or work with modern technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), cloud platforms, or other emerging tools. Most of the work revolves around a single product, with customization for different clients rather than building new solutions. There are concerns about leadership effectiveness and transparency, including perceived favoritism toward newer employees.

Some project works on tight deadlines which is painful sometimes. Sometimes you need to work on multiple projects.

I don't see any cons joining the company

1) Induction program needs to be more personalized (One of my referral shared this feedback) 2) Environment is too fast paced
