      Pros

      Energizing work, travel, connection to local communities, in support of Maker-to-market ethos, some great people. Huge informal skill growth opps due to shifting nature and holes in teams. Sink or swim structure - great for strong swimmers. Would recommend for this alone.

      Cons

      Often insanely long days, back to back engagements, conflicting priorities from executive leadership, poor structures for some pretty mayor things like cash management
