- Growth is more difficult with a smaller company. In my field not so much a concern, but others may feel stagnant. I find that their are enough tasks and new projects that it does not bother me.
Management is very interested in providing steady employment for staff, despite the typical ups and downs of aerospace contracting. Challenging work, very smart, dedicated coworkers.
Cons
Lots of work backlog in production which is a double edged sword. Leadership has been in position for decades so not much opportunity for advancement at the top.
