      The Company possesses a fun atmosphere; employees get to encounter diverse clientele, including celebrities; there's a laid back environment compared to corporate America

      Cons

      The managerial staff seems inexperienced and not worried about turnover rates. The pay is minimal, with little to no pay increase. The employee reviews are a joke

      Constantly growing and improving with changes in the behavioral health field. Comprehensive treatment of the whole individual. Genuine and caring staff.

      Cons

      Small agency with little room for advancement. The building is hard to navigate and could be a more therapeutic environment with better floor plans.
