Extremely dull, tedious, monotonous work. The company acknowledges issues in their data (often blatantly wrong data points) but refuses to correct it because "that's how its always been done". Projects are frequently conducted where the results of said project are then never utilized upon completion, making the whole project busywork in effect. Some members of upper management frequently present the hard work of their subordinates as their own personal work and assume all the credit. Most of upper management also has little to no knowledge of this industry and only have business backgrounds; they are often unable to comprehend even the most basic principles of how the industry works, other than at a very high level. Zero employee empowerment, i.e. a high degree of micromanagement; I am unable to preform the basic duties of my job without having every data decision approved before it can be made. Little to no room for advancement. In short, if you have any other job prospects, stay far away from this company.

Growing way too fast. At the heart of it they are acquiring companies so fast often 2-3 per year with no clear idea of how to effectively integrate the roles of those employees often leaving people in silos while they hand everything to their people (who are honestly not even that good) and not taking the time to explore the talent among the orgs they buy. They fail to communicate often don’t have directions themselves and upper management is a joke. Overinflated titles and unrealistic goals. HR is clueless and sales leaders are the worst Ive seen in this industry. Run as fast as you can from this place.
