Cons
Remaining an employee is based on how compliant and subservient you are. FMLA and personal time off is frowned upon and will get you a bullseye. Manipulate bonus payments to avoid paying. They provide onsite Chaplin intervention services for indoctrination. The culture is preached but not followed (Do as I say not as I do). They do not want suggestions from any level and the open door policy will not end well for anyone.
