Pros

Scope for work is vast, colleagues are good. Just your work and move on. Many people have loyal to organization from long time since I have seen.

Cons

Needs a strong platform for process training and documentation of it. Once this comes in process ideas shall flow and once accepted work life will be streamlined. Connectivity in branch to be taken care.
