      Pay was competitive and some coworkers were solid.

      Cons

      Expectations were never clearly communicated, making it difficult to succeed • Leadership frequently changed direction without explanation • Lack of onboarding/training left employees guessing • Job security felt uncertain, especially after organizational changes • Performance feedback was either inconsistent or nonexistent . Do not leave your current job as this is not a secure place to work

      Good pay, but unprofessional senior management

      Pros

      Pay is good if you want to put up with their Sr, management.

      Cons

      Typical PE company should tell you enough. Spend so much time reporting and manipulating financials you don't have time to do your job. Sr. Management has no idea how to properly treat team managers, very unprofessional.

      PE took over and its all been downhill

      There's still some good people there

      Cons

      Where to begin? It used to be a great company, but PE firm took over and it's been a mess from communication to workload to layoffs. No one knows if they will have a job tomorrow. Do not recommend.
