Pros
Everybody is just genuinely nice, it's always a pleasant experience to come into the office. There is a good emphasis on culture - and it's not faking it as most companies do, they really do care about making sure they retain the qualities that make this such a great place to work. Leadership is always accessible and transparent with the employees, surprisingly so sometimes. If culture really does eat strategy, this company will own the market in the next 5 years. The product itself is solid and developing new functionality quickly In the next 12 months, it will be one of the most feature rich and usable indoor mapping platforms in the world. Getting to work at the cutting edge is energizing and fun, never boring.
Cons
Things are moving quickly, lots of new hires and new locations so there is a little ambiguity in what to do and how to do it as things scale out. It's not bad, really it's not, but if you need to be hand walked through every aspect of your day it's going to be pretty challenging for you. You can't be a 'slave to process' type.
