The founder's wife can call you at any time, regardless of working hours, and the founder is extremely toxic, constantly disrespecting their employees.

Pros

There are a lot of learning opportunities from peers and the founders. Knowledge sharing sessions helps the employees to not work in silos but know everything that goes behind the scenes of the MapUp. The salary offered is not in accordance to previous work experience but the candidates capabilities. The founders are readily available to help if it is required. Despite being a remote team the company makes sure that the employees bond well with each other.

Cons

The work timings are 10-10 but with breaks included so it didn't bother me much.

They give you a good not the best in class salary. If you don't have any other opportunity then choose this company

Many -They will kick you out whenever you are not required -They will make you work in every domain even when you don't like and they will judge you in that particular domain when you are not good at -They intake indians as an intern and work harder 24 *7
