Pros
- Amazing workspace design - Playful vibe in the office - Nice cafeteria - Well organized spaces - Generally nice coworkers (although there was one specific one that everyone despised but the bosses)
Cons
- Very low starting salary (they took advantage of the fact I was young and didn't know better) - Big turnover (understaffed) - Bosses had an elitist attitude and all they talked about was going to the gym - Everyone there has an overworked attitude and it is encouraged that you stay past 5pm even when though you're not being paid overtime - Bosses expect miracles and things to be done in lightning speed - People in logistics are somewhat on the slow end with technology (most of them are older) which can make the whole process a headache - My request to change departments was processed very slowly - Location of the office is out of the way if you don't drive - You can expect to be treated like a machine rather than a human being (because of the big turnover). - ***Unless you have no awareness of the devastating consequences of the fast fashion industry, you might feel a little empty after working here for a while. So much textile & chemical waste for horrible designs of cheap clothing that will soon end up in the landfills of a third world country. Take your talent elsewhere unless you're desperate like I was.
