Pros

Goes over board to make you welcome and wanted however this borders on the cult side where you feel awkward to even leave at the end of the day.

Cons

Where can I start? Kevin Spencer and his little inner circle of senior management people are so out of touch from the rest of the employees. The company lays on lavish multi million pound annual parties, xmas bashes, singing competitions to win huge cash prizes but wont give out a company bonus scheme? Why? The senior management like seeing the employees act as jesters at annual singing and dancing competitions. How can you give an employee 25k GBP prize money for singing well when maybe they are only doing an average job in their workplace?CRAZY!! Stop buying companies like crisp packets and concentrate on putting in place a proper company bonus scheme for employees and pay them more.Stop wasting money on monthly in-company magazine where the senior management generally rub there wealth in the noses of the poor little people at the other end of the company pay scale. Word of advice drop the parties, buying mulitimillion pound properties in London and Times top 100 guff, you may find you can actually save jobs. The benefits the company offer are a total joke, endless discounts off high st stores but nothing that will actually boost my salary, a derisory 22 days holiday with the option to buy 3 extra days is surely an absolute gimmick to help boost the Times Top 100 placings. A shelf stacker at Tesco gets more holiday! They say you can work from home but the reality is that this is not allowed and is frowned upon so another gimmick.

Pros

Absolutely none. Apart from getting the hell out as fast as possible.

Cons

This absolute disgrace of an organisation acquired my former employer. Markerstudy released a statement, nothing would change, no loss of jobs. Then radio silence for weeks. Then Kevin Spencer holds the most policitically incorrect, male chauvinistic, sexist, town hall I've ever experienced. So bad we had to get our HR Team to sit through each one to see what gems he'd spout next. Then came their piste de résistance! Outlook calendar invites dropping into everyone inboxes. Dial in details for a webinar, with strict instructions not to forward on. These turned out to be a selection of recorded messages, some people made redundant, some office closures, some who were safe. The recorded message lasted all of 2mins and cut off leaving everyone on the call totally stunned. This was followed up the next day with a formal letter confirming you were either safe, or not. Absolutely no consultation and our HR Team had no idea it was happening. Read the reviews here, and that of their customers on trust pilot too, it's a clear indication that unemployment benefit is more attractive.
