Horrible management who never address workplace issues. They will lie to and tell you what you want to hear just to avoid conflict. They would rather keep the incompetent, "yes" employees and let go the ones who are truly good but speak up with the real issues the company has. No clear company direction--upper management cannot decide on a direction and vision for the company. The pay is well below average and regardless of what they say, you will be capped. They rather hire someone else who is younger and cheaper (but not as good) instead of rewarding the loyal, hard working employees.
