      Pros

      Room for fast advancement in the company and high earning potential commensurate with performance and skill level. Can learn the industry from the ground up and get your foot in the door of the securities world.

      Cons

      Numbers driven, conflict of interest with clients, shady business practices, high turnover, no job security, disgruntled management, i would not recommend a career oriented professional join this firm.

      maybe 1 piece of whole chicken they offer to 50 people can be a pro

      Cons

      Terrible management. They dont care what you think. They dont care about your working conditions. Colleagues are trying to dig your grave behind of you. Horse-Carrot kind a place.

      Good compensation scheme but doesn't let you grow to get it.

      Cons

      Hire and fire, play cool but are psychos. Are backword in forex and cfds industry. It seems they are all from binary or gaming and have no clue on financial.
