Privately run, lack of accountability, too many friends in leadership, not enough effective communication, all talk with no action, what they say and what they do are not the same. Don't speak up or you will get blacklisted.
It’s nice to see familiar faces everywhere. Doctors are super respectful to their frontline crew.
Cons
A lot of workplace nepotism. Management undervalues staff. Losing great experienced staff across the board. Degraded for having a voice. Refused/ refuses COVID pay or bonuses to retain staff… specific to Nurses and PCTs. Quality of care will continue to decrease without experienced staff. New employees training new employees. The focus of MRH is keeping management and the doctors happy.
