    I have been working at Mashreq full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Provides enough opportunities to keep you busy learn new things everyday. Positive work environment with professional colleagues who are supportive. The management is transparent and welcomes change. Flexible work from home facilities to maintain work-life balance, employee engagement programs like health, awareness & training camps organized by the HR team. Overall, Mashreq is a decent company to work for.

    Admin facilities could be better.

    Nothing seems best here it's all management politics and the more you flatter them the better position you are in So pros are be good at flattering and if you are my friend you are at the right place

    Good company for those doesn't want to grow there skill set

    Cons

    Without escalation nothing happens. HR people only doesn't know their company policies. They are simply coming and going day to day.

    Pros

    All seven days we need to work There is no leave concept Salary is good Psycho management No good infrastructure Who is working as consultant, they will treat them like slaves Higher management is good(Goutham,dheen, sesha,shoubik, amlan, Ali Hasmi)

    Seniors won't share the knowledge Always we need to depend on them There is no holiday policy All senior people are worst There is no proper documents for any process If any new member joined in any process senior people never share the knowledge In this thing higher management also not able to do any action in this
