Pros

I guess the fact that a former disgruntled employee hasn't come back and burned the building down in a pro.

Cons

Where do I start - Owners did not come into the office until midday. Sandra says that she cannot bear to deal with employees before midday. Her attitude is that employees are such an inconvenience and if she didn't have to have them then she would be better off. - You can start at 8:30 and they expect you work beyond quitting time and would get upset and make nasty comments about people leaving on time. This came from the people who didn't start until AFTERNOON. -Set lunchtime is a joke. They are so paranoid that someone may take an extra two minutes for lunch that they make everyone take their lunch at the same time so if anyone is away from their desk at any other time then they reprimand you. I actually heard some talking to a buyer and they said they had to get off the phone as it was their lunchtime! That is revenue lost!! Owners cost themselves more money by trying to be tight! - They are the cheapest people ever! They will squeeze ever bit of change. No I mean they are cheap with their employees but they treat themselves well. They rub it in your face when you can't spend any money on anything and they set themselves up in the lap of luxury. - They are unprofessional and yell and fight with each other in front of the staff. -They micro-manage everyone and everything and they give no one any authority as they feel everyone is stupid and not as smart as them. -The office should have a revolving door as people come and leave so quickly. -The owners don't see themselves as the problem but rather the staff. -Be prepared to go into legal overload on your first day. They practically make you sign away your first born. Again they are so paranoid that someone will take a paperclip from them that they spend a fortune on lawyers and legal paperwork. -They hate meetings as they say they are unproductive. They actively discourage ant meetings of any sort. You better get two tins cans a string to speak to your co-workers because if they see you in a meeting then you talked too and given dirty looks. - Years later and they haven't changed one bit!

Pros

Comradeship with fellow employees who share the same feeling of oppression as you do Learning someone's view of etiquette by having to carry your coffee/tea around on a mini tray The excitement when the stationery cupboard opens for 5 minutes in the afternoon Leaving

Cons

The CEO is not a nice person- trust the one-star reviews you see here. This was a toxic environment to work in, it is by no means "typical" of anywhere else I've worked Had to argue to get paid one more than one occasion

To the audience of this review. We remain disappointed and disgusted by this same disgruntled person who continues to demonstrate very poor behavior by repetitiously posting hateful rants. This type of cowardly anonymous cyber bullying and hurtful persistence will not win. Our team are solid, united, happy, and very much cared for. Our Company and our team does not support the writer of these rants nor bullying of any kind, shape or form (no matter how you want to disguise it), nor do we support defamation and hurtful comments in any form which this person continues to do on this site and various other forms of social media against the company and the owners.

Horrible place to work

Pros

Most employees are good and support each other. Paid on time. Salary was ok.

Cons

Owners especially the CEO are horrible and nasty, they do not trust their employees. They micro manage everything but not at all approachable. They turn up after lunch and expect their staff who start at or before 8.30am to stay back with them till 8pm. No face to face communication. All communication through emails and if urgent then through voice message. The best part they reply to your voice message through voice message even if you are at your desk in front of the phone. No respect for their employees. Very rude and nasty. Their is no weekly meeting and they discourage any communication between work mates. Weird rules such as carrying coffee and tea mugs on tray, stationary cupboard locked all time, only opened at 4.30pm. Employees lunch time fixed by the CEO. You cannot have lunch outside that time slot. Cameras in every corner of the office. It was nightmare working at this place. Huge staff turnover. Owners entered through the front, never took an effort to interact with their staff. So many people left within weeks of joining.
