You are rewarded for your hard work. There are endless opportunities for growth and progression in this company. Very fair pay and always willing to work to balance your work / home life.

Cons

There is a lot going on and change is constant. If you aren't open minded and willing to continue to learn and grow, this will not be a good fit for you.

My coworkers are nice people, I enjoy the opportunity to be outside on nice days. I easily picked up on my job duties

Cons

They have no concept of a livable wage. The welder I work with has 30 years of experience and the is topped out at 16/hr
