Pros
The ownership and management do a pretty good job of remembering the work-life balance. During the slower times they keep us busy enough for a 40 hour schedule and during the busy season they usually ask about who wants to work overtime instead of just making someone work.
Cons
It does get very busy. Sometimes communication is difficult but I think that's because the schedule changes alot. The ability to advance is a concern but it looks like that is changing.
