Pros

Good benefits paid by company, learning stipend, 100% remote work

Cons

Very poor leadership. Top level lives in an echo chamber of self-congratulations. Processes are not established and change quarterly due to 'startup' mentality. Workers (Editors / PostLeads) are second to Creative and Marketing. Creatives are not willing to open up to new ideas and workflows - keep info to themselves. Cost cutting in production / creative process is a non-starter unless forced. Sessions is miserable to work on due to leadership within that group. Unqualified leading the team. Speaking up will get you a polite smile and a cursory 'we are working on it'. Leadership says they want your input but seldom listen or comes up with excuses as to why they can't 'at this time'. Experienced 2 layoffs within the time I was there. All were bungled by management with little remorse or understanding of what they were causing. Money is mismanaged by the top and it shows. Little foresight and concern is clearly on going public at all costs and securing next round funding.
