Pros
Knowledgeable team who are generous with their time and keen to help educate and train new staff. A great CEO who's enthusiasm and thirst for growth is infectious. A good management team who know their business from the ground up. The processes and principals used in the business are still things that I reflect on in running my own business now, they are an inspirational bunch of men.
Cons
Was not the right time of life for me to have a job like that. Other priorities.

Pros
As a young girl in my first real job, I was treated so well and the company helped me with my development by sending me on courses to further my career into management. The directors were always taking the staff out to thank them and I felt happy to be part of the team.
Cons
There wasn't a fast career path with the company as the teams are small and there aren't layers of management.
