Pros

I have enjoyed my journey so far. I appreciate the people that I work with and the culture that we're building from within our team. We have had wins, and we're growing from the lessons we learn along the way. I am learning a lot, and I am empowered to contribute, and I've been given a lot of direction from my manager.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like there is a lack of focus to see certain projects through, and we're under resourced. The work environment itself could be improved.

Pros

Good people with a great product creating tons of positive impact. If you want a comfortable and stable environment then it is a good place to work. Very nice, kind-hearted, and intelligent leadership. Genuinely enjoyed the warmth of my colleagues.

Cons

Dunning Kruger Effect in place for the leader in charge of revenue department and growth strategy. SaaS growth fundamentals are often overlooked and not valued. Although there is high IQ, the EQ is significantly low in C-suite. Also, with high IQ comes the necessity to constantly question your assumptions in order to prevent blind spots. Aversion to risk keeps the company afloat and healthy amidst economic downturns, but by being overly risk averse they might be consequently limiting their upside as well. Leadership is a bit ageist, at least in my opinion.
