Pros

I have enjoyed my journey so far. I appreciate the people that I work with and the culture that we're building from within our team. We have had wins, and we're growing from the lessons we learn along the way. I am learning a lot, and I am empowered to contribute, and I've been given a lot of direction from my manager.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like there is a lack of focus to see certain projects through, and we're under resourced. The work environment itself could be improved.

Cons

Some people have had to look for growth opportunities outside the business. I guess that's normal as people outgrow their roles but it'd be nice if we can grow fast enough to keep them at Mathspace.
