Pros

No pros... This company is just the opposite of what a technology company should be.. learn something from companies in bangalore, pune.. They fired 100+ employees giving reason of CORONA... despite making profit.. the company cannot even sustain for three months of down time.. and have used the opportunity to fire people.. This company is full of boot lickers.. those who lick boots of seniors they survive.. this is the only company where the cases of sexual abuses are reported and no action taken if you are close to the CEO of company..

Cons

The HR department is the worst i have seen in my career.. even ask any employee and they will tell you how bad is the HR department especally their head.. they make false promises to employee.. they dont act on cases of sexual abuses and mental harassments.. they just want to please their Ceo.. no genuinely talented person will like to work for matrix..

Pros

- Good Infrastructure - Good Canteen Facility - 5 Days Week Working Policy (Before Corona pandemic)

Cons

- No time Flexibility - 9.30 hours compulsory for 8 hours work - No WFH facility in IT - No Internet while Developing because of code safety (And company produce Security solutions) - Some "Incentive" which cutdown your Salary on that salary-base where even Government decided to Tax relaxation. And after Corona situation, all pros were vanished. Director used phrase "No Free Lunch" and on this condition let me tell you situation of employee by a Story: A story of Person (Employee) who daily visit Restaurant (Company) and buy Food Platter (Salary) by using their Money (Work). On menu board, platter price is 90 INR but they take 100 INR (Big amount in CTC but there are "Incentives" which actually cut your salary). What's with extra 10 INR? If you buy platter for 2 days so your 20 INR credit will return on third day by Golden Yellow Laddu (Appraisal) of 25 INR where you get profit of 5 INR (Increment). Amid (New word I learned in lockdown :p ) Corona pandemic, Restaurant announced no charges for 2 days for regular customers whose 10 INR was pending for Laddus. But you have to go at restaurant because they are not provide online food delivery (No WFH in IT company in this advance world of IT). Also they want you to helping in food preparation (Study at home while lockdown and provide reports of study regularly). Then after providing free food Owner said "Remember, there is no free lunch!" So Restaurant increase Platter price from 90 to 110 INR (Saturday working for 1 year) and ban some Persons who has no credit left (Forcefully resigned) because of food storage. Then they cancel Laddus which is already credited before Corona pandemic (Stop increament because they said this is not normal year, but last financial year is normal if remove last 10 days of March 20). And god knows that 110 INR included with Laddu or not (Will we get Appraisal on next year?). Now Persons has to wash dish after eat (10% salary cut in form of "Incentive") and not providing any Sauf (Tea/Coffee). I don't know situation of Employer but employee's situation is this.

Pros

Good for freshers but be ready for long working hours.

Cons

Good for freshers! And that's the thing the CEO wants, a low wage white caller wagger. He is not interested in keeping experienced people but hire new people and indirectly make them work like donkey. Company made their employees compensate 4 hours for the half day(4 hour) leave given for Vadoadara flood 2019. Right now in 2020, in the wake of Corona virus spread, employees are praying that Corona do not spread further, because if it does then company is "forced" to give holiday and then the company will make them compensate the work hours by coming on Saturdays and Sundays. Culture that inspires over working. Leaders that tell new joiners that late working is good - that it will help them gaining product knowledge fast. Overload of Jira, systems and process and deniel for the same from higher management who is even not logging in Jira. For this company, Jira is right tool in wrong hands. The mentality of planning (which is good) and rigidly follow it (which is bad). Why? Because the world is full of uncertainty. You never know that tomorrow you will be solving a bug and not doing the actual planned work as the system goes in the Matrix but the deadline won't change for you. Policy that if your work is in delay (by the measurement of self imposed emergency deadline in everything they do) then you have to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Making waste out of agile process. You will learn entirely new definition of agile here. These people changes everything they touch whether it is Jira or agile! Mentality of project managers amd senior people that if a mother gives birth to a baby in 9 months then 3 mothers combined will take a mere 3 months for a baby to be born. And so 270 mothers would take only one day. Such powerful is their belief in above maths that some even say that publically and the same people then fails to achieve the deadline because they have already strained the resources so much that they don't have any backup. Juniors feels all the brunt. Senior people who are afraid of telling no to management. Disconnected CEO - he has much become like Manmohansingh. He looks at everything - does nothing, speaks nothing except some ethics polishing of the employees through mail. In his last mail, he told that he does not care about Glassdoor reviews! Hence closing the only window for the "honest" reviews. People from Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune - don't come to this company. Guranteeing you from experience that you would not survive. You would not learn new things here. Be there, be the learner, be the happier you.
