1. Variety of projects to handle and fix. 2. Open space culture 3. Free food still need to improve 4. Good platform if you can handle a lot stress and projects. 5. Best place to test your potential in all regards. 6. Well connected to city and highway. 7. Company is open for you anytime

1. Monopoly. 2. Extreme pressure and multiple projects. 3. Pride is preferred over creativity and solutions. 4. Not trustable when it comes to policies. 5. 70% Saturday and sunday need to work. 6. Not for newly married. 7. Frequently switch between projects. 8. No process at all. 9. No documentation - Oral KT happens. 10. Very poor base package 11. 60% Unproductive work.

1. Get to work on core technology. 2. Opportunity to work with good projects and highly skilled mentors 3. Great team work,encourage your ideas and try new things. 4. Probably the only company where the CEO/SVP says we all fail together (unlike other companies where at times of failure scapegoats are found and heads roll). 5. Probably the only company where the CEO/SVP know each and every employee individually and guides them to grow on carrier path.
