Pros

Junior staff are incredibly smart and hard-working. Unfortunately, they are worked to death and undervalued.

Cons

The work environment at Maverick is nothing short of toxic. Upper management dump all the work on the junior staff so they can sign off early. They have no managerial skills and no patience when it comes to training new staff or helping junior employees grow. Honestly, I have never been treated with so much passive-aggressive disrespect at a place of work, nor have I experienced such a blatant disregard for employees who are clearly burnt out.

Great group of people who are easy to communicate with and make the stressful life of PR more fun and personable. Brilliant PR pros with incredible media relations skills and great company culture Leadership jumps in when needed and it’s very easy to talk to senior staff as a junior level

Cons

A bit understaffed so workload is heavy, but you’re never expected to work overtime.
