Unfortunately that foundation has crumbled. When I think of Maxio, I become furious. I think of squandered potential and stolen wages. I think of ignorant, cocky leadership whose lack of technical understanding is a legitimate threat to the continuity of the business. I think of disingenuous efforts at culture building, toxic internal politicking, and stolen livelihoods. This company is going to crumble.
