Laid back atmosphere, brilliant individuals

Cons

Poor management, subpar salaries, slow decision making, toxic HR department and lack of structure. Unskilled people holding major positions blocking real innovation and promotion of right people to right places.

Cons

Maxon are clearly gearing up to sell. Extremely poor leadership from the top. Only looking out for the investors and does not care about employee motivation or mental health. I was so happy here for 6 months, really disappointed at the new direction.
