Pros

I get a giftcard for my birthday.

Cons

Management is lackluster at best. The phone system has been failing, the entire time I've been working for Maxon, in addition to now having a skeleton crew because there's six new associates who don't know the job. The front desk or anyone in customer service is allowed to tell customers, that either one of those things are happening. Customers are not told why they're holding upwards of an hour, and we cannot tell them anything because our manager said not to.

Well, when working with people we will always run into an issue of one sort or another. No one is perfect.

Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, friendly environment. Family owned and operated. Working here has taught me multiple interpersonal skills and has improved my understanding of electrical and hydraulic system functions.

Cons

No organizations, too many "cliques" within each department. No solid training program, which in turn creates a high turnover for employees.
