Few Women in the top management play a lot of politics & partiality game with the Employees. Do not care hard working employees. Experienced and dedicated employees have left OR made them to leave because of such irritating behaviours. Writing mails to teams for very minute things and disturbing them from their work. Hardly see them working. Laughing around, telling stories and doing nothing!! Do not have much knowledge on Localization Industry. Surprised to see such things are encouraged!!

This company is really a failure. I hope others will read this review and be careful. Project management is not having any standard process. They will do anything by hook or crook to grab new projects. Later the projects suffer and the project managers will be blamed in a meeting in front of everybody. Very unprofessional and unethical. I am planning to leave soon. The president of the company is not aware of the new technologies in translation and localization. She puts lot of pressure on project managers to come up with new ideas. Because of this many good PMs have left the company. One of the PM was in ELOC team good in all fields, team management and used to follow the entire process always. How the management can let such people go?
