- Chronically underpaid in comparison to the market - Pay increased and promotions have to go through New York for approval and therefore consist of so much red tape that makes progressing really difficult once you reach a certain point. - In recent years the positive work culture changes have been more 'style over substance' with not a lot actually happening

Capacity and time planning has no basis in reality. Senior management are all about the money, and have very little concern for the people working there so people aren't happy. No room for progression as senior team so big with actual execs and managers doing the day to day work very thin on the ground. Location is awful, basically an industrial park - especially when you see how great other McCann offices are. Pay on the lower end compared to other local agencies. Lack of transparency in the team. Openly talking very negatively about junior employees from senior team in the middle of the office creating very uncomfortable atmosphere. Several people who have worked there for a very long time create a very cliquey environment. There is a director - who had several team members including myself in tears on multiple occasions - who senior management warn people about before working with them, clearly seeing there's an issue but making no steps to address it. Made to feel very guilty for taking time off when positive with covid, heavily pushed to work from home even when very ill. Big show is made about diversity and inclusion but in practice nothing is done. No Christmas bonus system and was asked to check my email twice a day every day over Christmas. Negative, stressful, and cliquey atmosphere, plus a heavy workload, makes for a very unpleasant experience
