      Company had a lot of smart hardworking employees and was stable for many years.

      Cons

      Recently decided to outsource most positions. Impossible to get anything accomplished due to lack of knowledge from offshore replacements.

      The workplace culture was ok-ok, and I appreciated the emphasis on professional growth. Overall, not so great place to work.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency. Favoritism is big there. if you don't work their way, you are out in no time.
