We are still a growing company that is rapidly adapting to the ever-changing healthcare industry and trying to listen and receive feedback as best as we possibly can. As we continue to grow as a company, we are constantly adding tools and resources to also help our team members grow. With a large team spread out across the country, it is important our employees also have as many avenues as possible to be heard, which is why, in addition to our employee Intranet and regular company updates, we also rolled out monthly employee surveys, additional training resources, and other ways for people to connect with each other and leadership.
