I would sit and work way over time and rarely was able to get up. They will ‘encourage’ wellbeing In all staff meetings but it is most definitely not happening on the ground. There are some managers who are power hungry for promotion, and privately I have seen some horrific ways staff were spoken to in calls. There have been lies by management, firings - the CEO is well aware - he will come on here and ask for specifics, but when things were flagged to him during my time there, he did nothing. He does nothing as the manager in question gets him what he wants for the business. But at what cost? If you are silent, you don’t care. I can’t stress more, that I witnessed some awful ways in which staff were spoken to .
