Media Contacts have been extremely welcoming since I started. They have been very supportive of my personal goals and have provided really helpful and bespoke training to make me the best consultant that I can be.

Cons

We are a small team and it would be nice to see more people in the office. However, there are plans to grow the team so this shouldn't be a problem for much longer.

Thank you for the review. It is always hard to balance the needs of those that want to work from home with those that prefer everyone to be in the office. I think we have reached a reasonable middle ground. We have also had lots of train strikes recently and are in the winter colds/coughs season so that sometimes depletes numbers in the office. We have just confirmed a new hire and hopefully more will follow soon! Please feel free to raise any suggestions in your monthly meeting with the senior management team, or if you can't wait, you can always have a chat at a social, after work beer or grab one of us for a quick private chat in the office.

No cons really. Was made redundant due to lockdown which I couldn't blame them really.
