Pros

Health Benefits are decent Remote Work

Cons

Their culture is truly horrible in the sense of how they treat employees and work/life balance. They will never offer you a raise no matter how well you perform. This company is all about DEI but when I brought up an issue involving discrimination, they treated me very poorly.

Pros

Remote Work Health Insurance PTO

Cons

There are numerous flaws in this company that it would take a book to cover them all, but the most significant issue is their utter disregard for their employees. They offer no adequate training or education opportunities, and compensation is subpar even after years of loyal service. Layoffs are frequent, and the process is callous and inconsiderate towards those affected. While I personally did not experience a layoff during my time at this company, I witnessed the adverse effects it had on many of my friends and colleagues who were not as fortunate. Once I noticed the recurring pattern, I left the company as soon as I had the opportunity to do so. The company is disorganized, and the CEO is disconnected from the employees, adversely impacting the workflow. Despite claiming to prioritize diversity and inclusion, they fail miserably at implementing it. I strongly advise anyone to avoid working in this toxic environment.
