      Decent benefits. Company parties and lunches.

      There is very little WFH allowed. Management expects you to work overtime even though it is a 40 hour week salaried position. No real opportunity to move up, it’s basically a squad of VPs/Managers and then buyers and that’s it. Day to day work is micromanaged, I did not feel like a trusted adult left to do my own work. It is VERY bias/clique like environment. If you don’t agree with higher ups whether they’re right or wrong it will disservice you.
