The leadership team is delusional. Employees slog 12+hrs every day just because the agency cannot afford good talent. Interns are given responsibility to manage giant client to manage end to end with no guidance whatsoever. It is expected and clearly communicated in the team meetings that - - Even if you are sick. You are expected to manage your deliverables - You should communicate your weekend availability to your respective managers so that the work backlogs can be completed The Leadership team lack empathy and ABSOLUTLY do not care about the people. They just delegate whatever work they have on their subordinates. The Managing Partner do not see any problem with long working hours, Lack of resources , lack of good hires, promoting random people. His attitude is "What's the problem with that? these are learnings you should take" Simply pathetic! Please spare yourself and do not join this 3rd class agency. The HR knowing the problem is still muted and handicapped
