Pros

Coworkers were extremely hardworking and took pride in it. Good foot in the door for tech + music experience. Decent holiday time off.

Cons

Culture is stuck in the past - traditional 9-5 type position. Little to no incentive for employees to bond outside of regular work hours - poor morale overall. Little to no transparency about company changes from parent company. Very difficult to get a raise or promotion or growth in skills.
