- Sexist/ageist/outdated/aggressive management. My boss was one of the most disturbed and disgusting men I've ever met. Constantly making sexual and sexist remarks about women in and outside the office. Get on his good side and be sexualised or get on his bad side and face toddler like behvaiour were really your choices. - An office straight out of the 1980's both in interior and culture. - No interesting work, just repetitively booking the same adverts day after day. That along with the silence of the office broken only by your colleagues asking you the same thing day after day and the boss making sex jokes will pretty quickly drive you insane. - Any attempt at CPD is ignored, instead, you can look forward to being put on one of the boss' personal projects. - Everyone that works there hates it and is constantly worried about being fired for no reason so the atmosphere is dreadful.

Bad management Unfair treatment No consistency in pay No benefits, apart from the work place pension (which all companies need to offer) that the MD originally tried to get employees to op’d out of Senior management is male dominated Oh and all the “pro” reviews on here are written by people who work there to try and make the company look good
