Pros

Everybody is one big happy family. There are a lot of very smart, knowledgeable people there who are willing to help.

Cons

Management was a joke with no regard for employee career development. Lacked knowledge of field and unwilling/lacking desire to let an employee succeed. Ego driven idiots are given management positions where they ultimately flounder.

Pros

Great place to learn biopharmaceutical industry. Product is game changer in vaccine industry.

Cons

Favorite employees are regularly promoted. If you are not a favorite don’t expect to get anywhere despite excellent reviews by manager. Opportunities for improvement are ignored for pet projects. Communication issues between sites still exist.

Pros

Experience rich environment which is good for resume building in a small company dynamic. Social work experience can be good.

Cons

Poor behavioral examples and decision making from Executive & Corporate leadership. Very poor HR representation for the US Staff. Corporate employees are basically allowed to unilaterally over-rule and/or run over experienced staff at US site.
