Pros
This is a great company to work for. It is by far the best job I ever had. The management team is very engaged and it was incredible to me that the President knew everyone's name and even took the time take people out to lunch. The company invests in seminars and really cares about its people. I wish I did not have to relocate post storm, I would have loved to continue being part of this family.
Cons
The company is growing very fast - you have to go out to get attention. The doors are open but you need to be proactive.
