      healthcare is difficult, lot of bureaucratic nuances to navigate; not a lot of room for growth

      A lot of PTO days - for everyone

      Cons

      Poor pay increases. Joke of a performance review process. Poor work life balance. Disconnect between corporate office and people doing the real work. Very expensive medical benefits for a healthcare company.
