Lots of pay raises, good health insurance, 401k, etc. lots of opportunities to grow.
Cons
Not a very organized company. They never seem to know what the s going to happen 5 minutes from now.

Good pay and decent benefits.
Cons
Poor communication. Leaders are always a positive next quarter even if it's certain to be waves of lay offs. Pay increases are slow and they're very nit picky about your qualifications to obtain them. They do their best to offer a minimum that'll attract new employees.
